I love selling shared ownership, it’s a product I’m passionate about…and for me it's personal as it helped me get my first step onto the property ladder. I think having been through a shared ownership purchase myself helps me understand our customers journey and see things from both sides.
The favourite part of my role is when I get the chance to get out of the office and chat to customers at open days and shows. I enjoy explaining how shared ownership works and seeing the moment when someone who’s been resigned to years of private renting has the realisation that this could be a great option for them.
I’m a self-confessed property geek, my house is full of property & interior magazines and I can’t resist watching any property show on TV. When I have the time, I like to relax by getting creative on an upcycling project, whether it’s transforming an old family piece or a reinventing a charity shop find, I love seeing something new evolve from something tired & worn out."
