"Hi, I’ve worked at VIVID in the Leasehold Team for just over 2 years. I deal with a variety of things including, staircasing, resales, transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, lease extensions, right to buy/acquire and much more, so when I say a variety, I wasn’t kidding!
My previous role was a Survey & Valuation Manager and whilst my children were growing up, I worked in Estate Agency amongst other things. I’ve always had an interest in housing and I can certainly say, that my role at VIVID is so diverse. It’s extremely busy but I absolutely love it and the team I work with, are priceless. I never wake up and think, ‘oh god, I’ve got work today’.
I have quite a few interests outside of work. My husband and I do Latin & Ballroom and Swing Jive, and I do Zumba, cycling, to name but a few. My family and friends are everything to me and I love spending time with them especially if food’s involved!"
