Within 10 minutes you can also walk over to the beautiful Downs Link, a long distance walk across woodland, farmland and riverside linking the North Downs Way in Surrey with the South Downs Way in West Sussex. Transport links are good here, with the A24 just four miles away*, allowing access to the M25, London and the south coast. Slinfold also benefits from being located next to the historic market town of Horsham, and the train station here provides services to London Victoria and London Bridge in under an hour.

Horsham also offers a mix of major retail stores including Sainsburys, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer and some independent stores, as well as restaurants, a cinema and The Pavilions in the Park leisure centre which features a swimming pool, gym, and fitness classes.
