There are plenty of countryside and walking trails for you to explore such as the walk from the picturesque Swanwick Marina to Warsash which has spectacular views along the river. Holly Hill nature reserve is also close by and not to be missed, it is a 28.1-hectare Local Nature Reserve in Fareham, the park has landscaped areas with lakes, waterfalls, islands and woods with exotic trees and flowers, and large oak trees.

You’ll find a huge selection of high street shops, restaurants and a cinema close by at Whiteley Shopping Centre, as well as excellent commuter links to Southampton and Portsmouth via the M27. Hedge End is also close by with a larger range of large retail stores such as M&S, Pets at Home, B&M and Smiths Toy Shop.

With local schools nearby for younger children such as Hook-with-Warsash CofE Primary School and Locks Heath Junior School or Sarisbury Junior School. For older children there is a choice of Brookfield Community School or The Hamble School.

Our new homes have excellent access to Southampton Portsmouth and Fareham, via the M27. Swanwick station offers a direct service to Southampton and to Gatwick Airport.
