Overview

Our Kingston Place apartments are in Milton, a popular residential area in Portsmouth. The apartments are built in the grounds of the former HMP Kingston and this historic building still remains at the centre of the development, this was built in 1877. The new apartments surround this beautiful, listed building and the location is fantastic, in around 30 minutes you can walk into central Portsmouth, or drive there in just 10 minutes, alternatively there’s regular buses to Portsmouth and surrounding areas, that leave just along the Milton Road. This area is very well positioned, on the east coast there’s Portsea Island by Langstone Harbour, with Eastney to the south-east, Southsea to the south-west, Baffins to the north and Fratton to the north-west.
