Admiral Park Location

Tongham is a very pretty village, near Farnham in Surrey and it really is growing in popularity due to its convenient location and great amenities. Tongham is home to The Hogs Back Brewery, the largest independent brewery in Surrey which is a great place to visit, as well as and having lots of useful places to visit within around 5 minutes’ walk, these include the community centre which can be hired for all kinds of parties and social events and there are exercise and dance classes to attend. There is also a popular village hall with regular classes for Tai Chi, Dance, Puppy Training, Table Tennis, Art Classes, and children’s parties.

There are two historic pubs in Tongham, both are popular. The White Hart on the main street and The Cricketers on Oxenden Road. There is also a small parade of shops in the village centre. There is a post office, a convenience store, bakery, hairdressers, a beautician and take away food choices. The Hogs Bac brewery sells its own ales and has an off licence for other drinks too.

Slightly further afield you’ll find Farnham, where this is a larger choice of shops, entertainment and cafes and restaurants as well as a leisure centre and golf course. The Rowhill Nature Reserve is just 12 minutes’ drive, there is 55 acres of parkland and as well as streams, ponds, and the River Blackwater it is well worth a visit for a walk and picnic. Tongham is close to the A31 which heads to Farnham and beyond. You can also easily connect to the A331 towards Aldershot. Ash Vale train station is just a short drive for commuters.
