Location

Lovedean is a pretty village and great place to live, and it has a few of the local amenities that make living there easy, such as a few local shops, a village hall, primary school and traditional village pub. For those time when you need greater choice, just a short drive Catherington Park is Waterlooville, here you’ll find a much greater range of shops, schools, pubs and restaurants, plus a leisure centre with swimming pool. There are also sports clubs and a golf course.

This area is so close to the picturesque South Downs National Park nearby to enjoy walks and getting outdoors. Meanwhile Portsmouth and the south coast are less than 10 miles away with a host of visitor attractions, there are plenty of opportunities for family days out. The nearest train station is Rowlands Castle (just 4 miles away) and this has direct routes to London Waterloo in just over an hour and a half.

We know you’d love to view our new homes, but as we sell these homes offplan we are not always able to offer viewings. As soon as we have the keys we are able to arrange viewings for applicants in a Stage 2 group either through ourselves or the Agent assisting us on site
