"I first started in the property industry when I was 16 with work experience. I’ve worked in various roles in Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management, however, being involved in Shared Ownership I find the most satisfying as it offers such an opportunity to all. Customer service is my priority and this job lets me make the most of what I enjoy – helping people make a difference to their lives, getting to know my customers on a personal level and being their go-to person through their journey. Job satisfaction is the look on my customers faces on the day I hand over the keys to their new homes and the big hug that usually comes with it.
I am mum to three teenagers so needless to say that keeps me busy, but my husband would probably say I’d have more time if I wasn’t always on my phone playing candy crush. I am a big believer in karma – everything happens for a reason and only put out there what you wish to receive back."
